It was apparently a spoof (that I think is really funny). Although I hear there's also one about a vibrator out there, too.
I don't know--I mean, I think this video is completely hilarious, but it's the Christian right-controlled Congress that decides on their funding, and I can't even imagine the s***storm that would ensure if they didn't do anything.
